Frequent Disconnections on Bell Broadband Connection

    I have had my Bell broadband connection for the past 2 years and never occurred any kind of problems, the connection has been running smoothly and there has never been a day where I have had no internet access.. For the past couple of days I have been facing frequent disconnections while using the internet, the connection gets connected fine and after using the internet for around 15-20 mins the internet gets disconnected.

    Anyone else facing a similar problem..............what was your solution?

    Check your line's SNR margin and attenuation. If they don't look good them it is your line quality that needs attention and only Bell customer care can help you in that case. They can also check your line quality remotely while you are on the phone so it should really be very straight forward.

    Have you called up Bell customer service? If not then I suggest you do this and they would hopefully be able to sort something out their end.
