Telus upgrade package problem

    Previously I had the Telus internet 3mbps connection which I had upgraded to the 25mbps plan, but I see there is a problem with the speed and that too during the day. Sometimes the speed goes less than a half of what its supposed to be. What can the problem be that I am not getting the full 25mbps which I should be getting. Is there anything that I can do to stop the speed from going low?
