My friend will be staying at my house but will be paying for it, basically like renting a room in my house. He said he wants his own connections so there is no confusion with billing and all. I already have a Bell internet connection at home, and he said he would like one for himself, so is it possible to get two Bell internet connections in one home? The billing address will obviously be the same but billing name will be different. Is this worth a try or is it not allowed at all by Bell? If this is not allowed what other alternatives are there for an additional internet connection.

I don't see why you wont be able to get an additional internet connection in one property. Your friend should go ahead with applying for a connection of his own.
